1.     This puppy is being sold with (   ) Limited or (   ) Full registration.   Seller agrees to allow buyer to choose registered name of German Shepherd puppy.  Registration papers need to be submitted to AKC within 1 year of litter being registered with AKC. After 1 year AKC charges late fees/

 2.     Buyer will receive record of puppy shots/worming from seller. 

 3.     The puppy is guaranteed to pass a Health Exam at the Buyers veterinarian within 3 days of the purchase. If the puppy does not pass the health exam, you will need to contact seller immediately and provide written documentation from buyer’s veterinarian as to why the puppy did not pass. At which time purchase price of puppy will be refunded. Buyer is responsible for all costs of Veterinarian and costs of picking up puppy from seller and returning the puppy to seller. If for ANY reason buyer does not take puppy to their veterinarian for Health Exam during the first 3 days of ownership, the seller assumes no liability for the puppy’s health.

 4.  At no time is this German Shepherd puppy being represented as anything other than a Family Pet. To be trained and possibly entered in AKC events as buyer sees fit. At no time is this puppy to be trained in an aggressive manner.

5. Buyer agrees to provide proper Nutritional Food and Shelter for puppy.  Buyer must also make sure puppy gets plenty of exercise and socialization.

 6.     If, for any reason the buyer is not able to keep or care for the above mentioned German shepherd puppy, buyer may find a good home for puppy but at no time is buyer authorized to dispose of puppy at an Animal Shelter.  If buyer is not able to find a suitable loving home for the puppy they may contact the seller to give the option of the seller either taking the puppy or helping find a suitable home for said puppy.

 7.     Puppy’s shot are given in a series of vaccinations, usually 3-4 weeks apart. For most puppies, the final vaccination in the series is administered when they about 4 months of age. It is very important to give your puppy these shots especially Parvo; you will need to discuss this with your veterinarian.

No provisions of this agreement may be amended without the written approval of both the seller and buyer of above mentioned German Shepherd puppy.

By signing below both seller and buyer agree to the terms of this sales agreement and understand that no other warranties either expressed or implied are included.
